Marathon training begins
I’m following the Jeff Galloway to finish plan I’ve been Jeffing for about 6 years, and like the short ratios, it’s a 6 month plan and you run past 26 miles so very different to other plans.

Everest Base Camp
This month some of 2Wish fundraisers undertook an expedition to Everest base camp, they took some prayer flags, Evan’s name is currently on a flag there.
